Another won for our team. Bert won the race in Nantes with the help of our ever improving team. Now he has to go back to training sessions to become an even better racer. Next race will be in division 5. Let's hope that Bazil is up to the task.

Don't sell Bert. You should sell Bazil because he is not good enough for higher divisions and because you need better support soon. Bert is better than Basil and would also be a good Teammate if you get a better hill captain.
It is just my opinion - you should follow your own ways.
I can't see a reason to sell Bazil or Bert. With them i can do good in hill and street races. I will complement the team with what i can get in transfers and spoon i will habe to look out for a new trainee. There ate lots of climbing and sprinting teams. I prefer the niche i found. But i will try to always adapt top new knowledge, so who knows what's going on tomorrow.
You clearly have a hill team. Don't listen to Finz...
I would build my team around Hasberg and probably sell Bazil Andreescu if you can get a decent price.
Ineresting team, but i would suggest you pick a side, climbing or sprinter, both riders are nice but climbing would give more future.
